BEGINNER ZUMBA® Takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and is perfect for active older adults, people new to Zumba, those of any age or sex just starting out into fitness.  It is as much fun as Zumba, but less intense and at a slower pace.  Routines are fun, easy to follow and non-competitive.  Warm, friendly atmosphere.  You will not be able to stop yourself moving to Charlston, Salsa, Cha cha cha, Cumbia, Rock and Roll etc.  You will improve all elements of fitness, cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.  Because it’s fun it can help lift your mood and you’ll leave classes feeling energised and happy and wanting to come back for more.

STRONG by ZUMBA ® – This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn. Workout moves are synched perfectly with the music, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other.
