FIRST CLASS FREE and under 12’s Adults: £7 or attend 2 classes in a week and pay £3 for the 2nd class. Ages 12 to 16 years: £3.50

It uses more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.

Hi Maria thanks for a great Zumba class tonight I can’t understand anyone preferring to go to the gym . As far as I’m concerned you can’t get a better work out than you’r Zumba classes . Beats the gym any day !! This is the fittest I have been since I started your classes and I hate to think what I would be like if I didn’t have you and your Zumba and all the lovely ladies it’s so nice to see each week !
